Soul 2 Soul Animal Rescue is a all breed, all animal rescue. We rescue dogs from high kill shelters and other bad situations and find them forever homes. We specialize in in animals with medical issues and behavioral problems. We provide sanctuary for unadoptable animals and promote responsible pet ownership. Soul 2 Soul is based in Roseburg Oregon. In order to ensure our furry family members are able to receive the care they need and deserve all of our animals and foster families are located within one hour of downtown Roseburg. Prospective adopters may be located anywhere in the United States.
